Nokia Siemens, TCS Sign R&D Services Outsourcing Deal
The telecom gear manufacturer will transfer product engineering and R&D services. TCS will share its innovative approaches, global best practices and benchmark standards.
Nokia Siemens Networks has signed a multi-million euro deal with Tata Consultancy Services to transfer product engineering and R&D services, as well as parts of the Operations and Business Software (OBS) business unit activities from Nokia Siemens Networks to TCS. The reassigned parts belong to the Nokia Siemens Networks development centre in Düsseldorf, Germany, including 90 employees who will be transferred to TCS, as part of this engagement.
