Genivar acquires EXH Engineering in further expansion in Alberta
The Genivar Income Fund, a Montreal-based engineering company, has acquired EXH Engineering Services Ltd., an Alberta-based company. The transaction expands Genivar's workforce in Western Canada to more than 500 employees, and expands its engineering services platform in the province.
EXH provides municipal engineering services across Alberta, including water and wastewater systems, solid waste management and subdivision design.
Genivar is one of Canada's largest engineering services companies, with more than 2,700 employees.
